General Terms and Conditions of Sailmotive Solutions UG
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop https://www.sailmotive.de .

The consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button in the internet browser they are using before the binding submission of the order after checking their details, or by closing the internet browser to cancel the ordering process. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet shop: We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.sailmotive.de/agb. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay by prepayment, PayPal, credit card ( Visa, Mastercard ) .
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay by prepayment, they commit to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place at the latest within 7 working days. The deadline for delivery in the case of payment in advance begins on the day after payment order to the bank instructed with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer in the case of a sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) informing us of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is the earlier point in time.
You must send the goods back to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to bear any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling them in a way that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
